In accordance with the ‘Types of Power Bank Allowed on Flights’ regulation of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC): power banks with a rated capacity of over 160 Wh are not allowed on flights; power banks with a rated capacity of between 100 Wh and 160Wh are only allowed on flights with the approval of the air carrier; power banks with a rated capacity of less that 100 Wh are allowed on flights without the approval of the air carrier. Each passenger can take no more than two power banks with them on a single flight. The rated power of HUAWEI SuperCharge 10000 mAh Power Bank does not exceed 100 Wh, so is allowed on flights without the approval of the air carrier.
